Do not use the commercial size as a cutting template. Obtain the installation drawing for your exact model.
- Check ceiling and power
Review overhead clearance, mounting, light direction and the power connection with a qualified installer.
- Plan the controls
P21 needs a gateway for app control. Confirm compatibility with the model you intend to order before adding one.

Is this an opening to the sky?
No. It is a lighting fixture that simulates the appearance of sky indoors, without an opening to the outside of the building.
Does the price include installation and a gateway?
The displayed price is for the product. The gateway is sold separately; confirm installation arrangements and any additional charges with the team before ordering.
How many units does my room need?
It depends on room size, ceiling height, lighting layout and the intended effect. Share a plan or dimensions for review rather than relying on a fixed number per room.
